Eight Weeks to a Wellness Lifestyle

Eight Weeks to a Wellness Lifestyle was inspired by Dr. Andrew Weil's best selling book, 8 Weeks to Optimum Health, and is a simple and systematic approach to holistic health and wellness practices. You will learn basic information and weekly processes to aid you in adding healthy habits to your lifestyle, thus enjoying healthier years in your life. You will learn skills and get support whether you want to lose or manage your weight, stop smoking, start a regular exercise program or enjoy better nutrition.

This free eight-week course, is provided as a Heart of Service by Choices and Support and is held at the People House in NW Denver (a small donation to PH is appreciated). Classes are open to anyone who desires to live a healthier lifestyle. The first week is an introduction to the series - attend the rest of the series if you feel this series will advance your state of wellness.

Classes start promptly at 6:00pm and run for one hour. Register on line to save time before the first class you plan to attend. Please arrive between 5:30pm and 5:55pm for registration and networking.

Choices and Support meets weekly directly after the Eight Weeks to a Wellness Lifestyle class; and Week One and Two attendees of Eight Weeks to a Wellness Lifestyle are invited to attend as our guest.

Please check the online events calendar for any closings due to weather or other circumstances. Registered attendees will receive an e-mail if class is being cancelled due to any reason.
