Detox and Weight Loss
Learn why it is important to periodically detoxify and clean your body to promote better health and wellbeing; and how to start your own detox regime. Detoxification is the process of eliminating dangerous poisons called toxins that have accumulated in your body. A detoxifying cleanse can help your body eliminate these toxins by stimulating your kidneys, lymph glands, colon, liver, and skin. Toxins accumulate in your body from the food you eat, the air you breathe, and the pollutants that your body absorbs. Left to accumulate, body toxins cause irritations in your organs which can lead to more serious illnesses including cancer.
